INSTALLATION FEATURES THE FOLLOWING:
7. Roof boards and plywood for any possible rotten wood and is replaced when necessary.
8. On a tear off — 6 feet of ice and water shield is applied to the roof eaves and valleys. An extra wide strip of ice and water shield is applied to the fascia and behind the gutter flashing prior to the installation of the 6 foot wide strip.
9. Fiberglass mat, 30 lb. felt paper on all applications, instead of organic felt. Fiberglass lays flatter and is more water resistant (on tear offs only.)
