Insurance Restoration Process

1. A Siding -1 Windows-1 Exteriors insurance expert will conduct an inspection of your house to determine the extent of damage to your, roof, siding , gutters, windows, and the interiors of your home.
2. We will ask you to call your insurance company to initiate a claim.
3. Once you have an insurance claim number, our insurance expert will contact the Insurance Adjuster assigned to the claim, and on your behalf, we will begin the restoration process. We will meet with the adjuster and point out all the damage. We do encourage you to be present for this. If the adjuster agrees with our assessment, we will notify you immediately. If, for some reason they disagree with our expert assessment, we will then request a different adjuster inspect your home.
4. Once we receive approval from you insurance company, two things will happen. The insurance adjuster will tell your insurance company to write you a check for at least half the total cost of the project. While you are waiting for your check , you and our insurance expert will pick out building materials and colors.
5. Next our insurance expert will order all the materials needed to repair all the areas damaged from the storm.
6. When the materials are delivered, our production manager will do a thorough inspection and make sure that all the materials are the right colors.
7. Once we have confirmed that your order is correct, our production manger will schedule the work to be done.
8. On the day when your project starts Siding -1‘s production manager will be at your house to meet the crews and get started.
9. After we have completed the work on your home, we will invoice your insurance company for the remainder of the invoice. When you receive the check from your insurance company we will come to your house to pick up the check and do a final inspection to make sure you are completely satisfied.
10. Now it is time for you to enjoy your newly repaired home!
