1. Competitive or comparable companies are those:
A. Licensed, bonded and insured
B. Of minimum $3 million in annual sales; and
C. Are not manufacturers of materials
2. Bonafide bid is one by an authorized officer of the company who must unconditionally approve the estimate or contract
3. Date of contract is date of execution of contract
4. This offer is not applicable to predated or existing contracts with other contractors (competitors)
5. This guarantee applies only to consumer transactions in which the purchaser is a retail (and not business or commercial) consumer and the use is solely personal or household (and not business or commercial)
6. Comparable materials and workmanship are those of like kind and quality as determined by the trade in accordance with the uniform Commercial Code
